Pinkard Construction’s Harvest Pointe Senior Living Apartments Holds Dedication Celebration

Loveland, Colorado - Retirement Housing Foundation (RHF), with Pinkard Construction and The Abo Group architects, has just held a dedication celebration for RHF’s new $8.5 million Harvest Pointe Senior Living Apartments.

Along with residents and representatives from Harvest Pointe, Managing Agent Foundation Property Management, Inc.; and RHF, the dedication celebration included remarks from Denver Multifamily Hub, Department of Housing and Urban Development; Colorado Department of Local Affairs; American and Colorado Associations of Homes and Services for the Aging; City of Loveland Mayor Gene Pielin; and Meg Corwin — representing US Senator Michael Bennett.

During preconstruction, Pinkard was able to identify and apply over $500,000 in value engineering savings to the client. Financing for Harvest Pointe’s development, construction, and operation was provided by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Colorado Department of Local Affairs Department of Housing.

The Harvest Pointe Senior Living Apartments project was Pinkard’s 31st with funding from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Retirement Housing Foundation, is a national non-profit organization providing various housing options and services for older adults, low-income families, and persons with disabilities, in an environment which enhances their quality of life physically, mentally, and spiritually.

RHF is a member of the Council for Health and Human Service Ministries, United Church of Christ; the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging;and the Colorado Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.
