Pinkard Construction Co. Completes 8001 Arista Place Retail and Office
Lakewood, CO - Pinkard Construction Company, with owner/developer Wiens Real Estate Ventures, Barsocchi & Company, and Klipp Architecture, has completed 8001 Arista Place, a $12.8 million core and shell retail and office facility in Broomfield.
As phase one of the two-phased, $24.2 million, 2-building Arista Place retail and office complex, 8001 Arista Place houses ground-level retail and restaurants with five levels of office space above.
8001 Arista Place and the proposed second phase are structural steel with concrete shear cores, and exterior skin of structural stud framing with combinations of glass, brick, stone, metal panels and stucco. Each is "single loaded," with considerable design character such as articulation, material and color changes.
8001 Arista Place fronts what is planned to be a very active pedestrian area, and is adjacent to a large above-grade parking structure, called the ‘Arista Grand Parkade.’ The overall Arista development will feature 600,000 to 800,000 sf of retail space, approximately 1,000 units of multi-family residential, and approximately 200,000 to 400,000 sf of office space. A considerable portion of the project will have “urban” architecture, with minimal setbacks, and on-street parking.
8001 Arista Place is located next to the Broomfield Event Center off Wadsworth and the Boulder Turnpike.
