Pinkard Construction Co. Completes Bethel Lutheran Renovation
Denver, CO - Pinkard Construction Company and The Larson Group Architects have just competed the $1.1 million CM/GC addition and remodel of the Bethel Lutheran Church facility in Colorado Springs. The project included grading and other earthwork, additional sidewalks, and the following remodels and additions:
Remodel of approximately 8,850 sf of unfinished space including:
. A large Fellowship Hall
. Upgrade serving kitchen to commercial kitchen
. Men's and women's restrooms with showers
. Storage rooms
. Large middle school and high school youth rooms
. Three multi-use classrooms with operable partitions to Fellowship Hall
Upgrades include:
. HVAC system that services the sanctuary and office space on main level
. New carpet
. Interior painting
. Window replacement
. Relocation of brides' room
. Opening existing stairwell between main and lower level near sanctuary
. Relocation of sound booth
A new two-stop elevator addition services the main, middle and lower levels.
