The Boulder High School project was a phased, partial interior gut and renovation of the 75-year old main building, ADA upgrades, a new 22,300 sf gymnasium, new field house, new administration addition, plus several other additions increased the school's total square footage to 260,429 sf. Major occupied facility issues included renovating a gymnasium under a tight, summer-only timetable to create a new weight room in time for fall sports.
