Pinkard was the General Contractor for the renovation of the Lansing and Park Lane Elementary Schools for Aurora Public Schools. Work on the schools, which were built in 1959, consisted of extensive Owner-contracted asbestos abatement, new ceilings, landscaping, concrete site work, extensive new glazing, minor drywall, paint/floor coverings, new fire alarm systems, new lighting, new roof top mechanical units/ductwork and wall mounted ventilator heaters.
