This project was a new 600-student elementary school for Academy School District #20. The structure is comprised of grade beams on spread footings, structural steel with metal stud framing infill, block veneer, faux stone and stucco veneer, and a sloped roof with concrete tile. The new facility includes kitchen and cafeteria facilities, classrooms, a gymnasium and a media library.
