Each school was designed to house 650 students on 10-acre sites. Facilities include classrooms, library reading rooms, assembly areas and conference rooms, dining rooms, gymnasiums, lounges, kitchens, offices, rest rooms and storage. Site improvements included soccer/softball fields, two hard surface play courts, two play equipment areas, service/bus loading and unloading drives, parking for 65 automobiles, pedestrian walks, landscaping with automatic sprinkler systems and fencing.
