The Adams 12 Culinary Arts Program project was the renovation of a portion of the existing school district office into a fully functioning kitchen designed for teaching business management in the food and beverage industry. Work involved selective demolition, extensive mechanical work, kitchen equipment, a new entry vestibule plus all normal TI trades.
