The Behavioral Sciences Building is a new, 4-story 92,912 sf education and office facility with classrooms, office, lecture halls, group study spaces, a large wi-fi study lounge, and partial basement. It’s structure consists of structural steel and masonry with limestone and sandstone veneer, curtainwall and storefront. The building occupies what was once the parking lot south of the Andrew Clark building on the main campus. The project has applied to become Gold certified under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.
