The 50-unit condominium project featured a cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete frame with a stucco exterior accented with stone and cedar siding. The architecture of the building accommodated the steep sloping site with a two to five story stepped design. This scheme offered the upper units added loft space, complete with wood paneled ceilings and operable skylights.
