Phase 1A renovation required the demolition of an existing buffet area adjacent to the multistory interior atrium. Interior slabs and existing stairs were removed to accommodate the new sunken buffet/breakfast bar and multipurpose area. Phase 1B renovation included the main lobby front entrance storefront system and interior/exterior finish flooring.
