This is a major five-phased, occupied facility renovation/addition to a retirement community campus. Components include a 20,000 sf gut and renovation of the 2nd floor of a 4-story Independent Living wing, a 3,600 sf renovation of an Assisted Living area to create a Skilled Nursing area, a new 18,000 sf Town Center structural steel and masonry addition, a new 42,000 sf, 2-story, 64-unit, Skilled Nursing building will include a new basement with laundry facilities; community kitchens and dining rooms on each floor; and a new porte-cochere entry. The final phase will be a 96,000 sf, new 4-story Independent Living building.
