This design-build project was a group of major additions/remodels to a full-service health care facility housing approximately 500 elderly citizens. The new health care center is a 146,000 sf, 76-room, 108-bed, skilled nursing facility with a secure Alzheimer's wing. Other additions included 80,000 sf of independent living units on four stories and four independent living units totalling 5,000 sf.
