Harvest Pointe Senior Living Apartments was a ground-up project consisting of 80 apartments, each with a master suite, living area and full kitchen. Resident amenities include a library, community room, craft center and a private gardening area. The 3-story, wood framed structure is on concrete shallow foundation with spread footings and stem walls. The exterior has asphalt shingles, vinyl windows, wood siding and faux stone in a craftsman style. Heating and cooling is provided for common areas by central HVAC, with individual, gas-fired, through-wall heat and air conditioning at each apartment.
