Holly Creek Retirement Community is a two-phased, $58.6 million, 419,000 sf, 3-story retirement community with 61,700 sf of below grade parking. Both phases have a concrete foundation, light gauge steel frame and a roof structure of either wood or steel trusses with asphalt composition roof shingles. Interior is fully sprinklered with metal stud and drywall with smoke partitions. The recently completed Phase 2 amenities include: commercial laundry, beauty/barber shop, movie theatre with stadium seating, fellowship area, numerous private dining rooms, a main dining room for over 200, a Satellite “bistro” dinner, a 4,000 sf commercial kitchen and a massage/spa/wellness center with physical/occupational therapy.
