Holly Creek Christian Living Communities Phase 2 is a new, 130-unit facility that will include 66 independent living, 24 assisted living, 12 skilled nursing, 12 memory care and 18 concierge units next to the recently completed Phase I in Centennial. The project also features a 16,000 sf below-grade parking structure and a vaulted, one story common "gallery" area.
