The Adult Daycare at Johnson Center interior remodel project transformed a 4,000 sf office space into a senior daycare facility for 18 guests, many of whom may have some level of dementia. Scope of work included demolition of walls, minor window infills, a 375 sf east-side deck addition, new residential-style patio swing doors leading to the deck, new restroom facilities, and limited MEP renovation. The bulk of the new space is a great room featuring living, dining and activity space and a serving kitchen.
