ONE Riverfront consists of a seven-story cast-in-place structure with post tensioned slabs and seven street-front, four-level townhomes including a below-grade parking garage. The project totalled 127,391 gsf with 43 loft residences in the seven-story mid-rise structure and seven steel-framed townhomes facing the street front. The mid-rise structure's exterior consists of exposed architectural concrete, floor-to-ceiling aluminum-clad wood windows with composite metal panels, and Norman brick veneer.
