The SteelBridge Lofts are located at 1700 Fifteenth Street in downtown Denver. The project is a unique combination of residential, retail, office and parking. Pinkard restored an early 1900's historic 6-story brick drygoods warehouse building that includes 45 residential lofts and constructed a new 4-story office building. The first floor of each building includes retail.
