Colorado State University's first new residence hall since 1967 began in the Spring of 2003 and is a 118,000 gross sf, 535-bed facility. The 175 suites are comprised of one, two, or three person suites, with one restroom in each suite. The four-story structure includes common spaces and support spaces on the lower and basement levels for laundry, vending, common gathering areas and administrative spaces.
