The new units are a post-tensioned, 3-story structure over a one story parking garage. The skin is brick veneer, composite metal paneling, and residential window wall. The Park at ONE Riverfront is the second phase of ONE Riverfront condominiums, and Pinkard's seventh housing project for East West Partners - Denver.
