The 79,200 square foot tilt-up concrete and steel structure is designed to accommodate 100% office build-out. The flex building features decorative arches for each tenant entry, 9 foot high tinted glass windows in anodized aluminum frames for maximum daylighting, 16 foot clear ceiling heights with 90 to 120 foot bays, loading dock and drive-in access at the rear of the facility.
