Pinkard provided complete preconstruction and construction services the City of Arvada's Municipal Service Center. The two-story, 31,566 sf facility houses Vehicle Maintenance, Water Transmission & Distribution, Engineering Laboratory, Traffic Maintenance, and Parks Maintenance work groups. The expansion consisted of two additions to create approximately 23,000 additional square feet of space to the present facility, including a sign shop, high bay vehicle service, welding shop and new entrance for the public.
