The three buildings are constructed of site-cast tilt-up wall systems with structural steel joists. The roofing system is a 60 mil ballasted EPDM membrane. The glass system is high performance low-E Ford blue glass. Mechanical systems consist of multi-zone rooftop units with VAV and DDC controls.
