Pinkard Construction acted as CM/GC for the City of Golden's new Public Works Facility. Scope of work included construction of new facilities and site selection feasibility analyses. The new facilities include a fleet maintenance, shops, heated vehicle storage, bulk storage/mixing, covered vehicle storage, vehicle wash building and an outdoor wash bay canopy. The project consisted of seven structure on 29 acres.
