This 153,500 square foot project, located in Gateway Park, is the Colorado manufacturing facility for the Milgard Windows. The building structure is comprised of 34-foot high concrete tilt-up panels with extensive reveal accents. The facility itself is 126,000 square feet of high bay manufacturing floor space, 15,000 square feet mezzanine and 12,500 square feet of office and showroom space.
