Park Technology Centre consists of four, one-story flex building shells totaling 147,000 sf on an 11-acre, undeveloped site. All buildings have CMU walls with structural steel framing and EPDM roofing over bar joists and metal decking. Foundations are slab-on-grade, grade beams. Mechanical/electrical systems are RTU mounted unit heaters and 1200 amp service to all buildings.
