The Pinkerton Work Center Project is a 3-phased project that will upgrade the existing Colorado Springs Utilities facility over the next three years. Phase IIIA was the construction of a new precast concrete and steel warehouse. The warehouse is 14,690 sf with approximately 1,600 sf of administration/office space. Phase IIIA also included the renovation of an existing warehouse to administration/office space.
