The Pinkerton Service Center interior renovation project is the second phase of a multi-phased expansion/upgrade to the existing Colorado Springs Utilities facility. Phase II consists of the upgrade of a warehouse into administrative and office space, and upgrades to existing office space. Upgrades include new carpet, acoustical tile and paint, new stair rails and stair treads. The warehouse upgrade features complete, new mechanical systems, with a hot water/forced air system, specialty rooftop units, new boilers and VAV boxes.
