The Ridgeline Technology Center brought a high technology capable campus of three buildings to the Highlands Ranch Business Park through the use of site cast tilt-up concrete panels with faux stone inlay. Conceived specifically for the flexibility and communication requirements of today's users, Ridgeline Technology offers 142,000 sf in two 2-story buildings and one single story building, allowing tenant divisibility from 3,000 sf to 58,000 sf.
