Gateway Five is a precast/bar-joist, 64,000 sf tenant finish. The build-out creates new office space for Lockheed Martin. Approximately 40% of the office partitions carry a sound rating of 45-50 STC's. Additional scope of work includes adding all of the building's HVAC roof top units and upgrading the electrical system. Because many areas require high security access, Pinkard coordinated the installation of a large number of intrusion and access controls.
