This project was the demolition and renovation of approximately 80% of the building interior, including construction of new public areas and offices, installation of a new HVAC system, a new roof, rewiring of all data and telephone cables, and relocation of the computer server room and telephone cabinet. The renovation included energy efficiency and long-term building sustainability items.
