The Himalaya Medical Office Building is a 25,550 square foot medical center with two dental offices, a doctor's office, a pediatrics center, and a separate precast 2-story, 40-car parking structure. The structure is comprised of caissons, slab on deck, structural steel with light gauge metal studs, EIFS and masonry exterior, and precast concrete for the parking structure. The MEP portion of the contract was design-build.
