The Pikes Peak Kidney Center is a single story, 18,000 sf medical building located on a 2-acre site. The structural slab was built on caissons with a conventional structural steel post and beam construction, wood truss and a metal roof. The monolithic structural slab foundation was placed above a "Sure Void" system atop caissons.
