The clubhouse and maintenance building at the Fossil Trace Golf Course was part of the final phase of Pinkard's work at the City of Golden's new recreation campus. The final phase included a 7,600 square foot golf course maintenance facility and a 9,400 sf clubhouse. The maintenance facility is a pre-engineered steel building set on a concrete slab on grade, housing the golf course maintenance operations, including conditioned and unconditioned spaces.
