Pinkard is providing CM/GC services for three mixed-use office/retail buildings at Arista Place, the core village of the greater 209-acre Arista development in Broomfield. The three buildings will generally serve to accommodate ground level retail and restaurant uses with three-to-five levels of office space above. These mixed-use buildings will front what is planned to be a pedestrian area, and back up to a large above-grade parking structure.
