Inverness Four South is a two story 27,000 square foot Class A office building with a 33 car parking garage below and a 120 car parking lot in front. The building, located on the 6th hole of the Inverness Golf Course, is steel frame with a brick and glass exterior. The concrete work of this design-build project was self-performed.
