Building C for SI International and Corporate Office Properties Trust is a 62,273 sf, two story office building located near the airport in southeast Colorado Springs. The building has site cast concrete skin, structural steel framing for the floor and roof separations, and spread footings with center pads. There are three stair towers and one central elevator. All towers were constructed from drywall shaft assemblies. Finishes included natural stone tile, wood paneled walls and custom ceiling assemblies.
