Fiddler's Green Center, Office Complex I is a six-story high-end office tower designed in limestone and brick with a mansard standing seam metal roof. The 210,826 square foot building has an energy-efficient brick skin accented with Indiana limestone at the base. This project included a 95,000 square foot 2-story (one floor above grade and one floor below grade) precast parking garage, providing on-site covered parking for 300 cars.
