This design-build project was a group of major additions/remodels to a full-service health care facility housing approximately 500 elderly citizens. The building is 146,000 sf on two floors. There is one level of post-tensioned concrete at grade and two stories of steel bearing studs above. Construction included an 82,000 sf, below grade, post-tensioned parking garage.
