The MidCities parking facility is a 126,000 square foot precast structure built on a caisson foundation. This 2-story building is a mixed-use facility that provides both public parking and the building shell for an independent 25,000 sf retail space. The retail pad is located on the first floor of the two-story building and is protected from second story parking by an extensive waterproof parking deck system.
