The Lilley Gulch Recreation Center project for Foothills Park and Recreation District included complete preconstruction services, the renovation of 12,000 sf of space, and an 11,300 sf addition. The existing locker rooms were completely demolished and new locker rooms with a new layout were constructed in the same location. The existing reception desk was removed. Two existing racquetball courts were renovated into a cardio and machine exercise room.
