This project was approximately 6000 square feet of tenant finish work in the basement of an existing out-building. The space was converted into classrooms, men's and women's bathrooms and additional storage space for church activities. The main and side entrances were converted to new enclosed vestibules complete with new entry doors and storefront systems. The interior work includes drywall, painting, ceiling grid, flooring, new doors and hardware as well as new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
