This design-build project was a 1,200 sf lower level addition, a 2,000 sf upper level addition and a 3,700 sf existing lower level interior remodel. Foundations consisted of caissons, grade beams, and helical piers. The structure is wood and steel framing, CMU blocks, masonry, and EIFS. New roofs are engineered wood joists (TJI's) on steel I-beams over wood framed walls.
