The Boulder High School project is a phased, partial interior gut and renovation of the 75-year old main building, ADA upgrades, a new 22,300 sf gymnasium, new field house, new administration addition, plus several other additions that will increase the school's total square footage to 260,429 sf. Major occupied facility issues include renovating a gymnasium under a tight, summer-only timetable to create a new weight room in time for fall sports.
