This was a hard bid project to renovate one men's and one women's restroom on the second floor of this hotel casino. Scope of work included an extensive, high-end millwork package, ceramic tile and other deluxe finishes, and a design-build mechanical/electrical package. To ensure pedestrian safety, restricted public access, and provide noise dampening, a hard wall partition was constructed between the bathrooms and pedestrian areas.
