This 407-seat restaurant with full-service kitchen is located in the main lobby of the Park Central office building-one of Denver's largest high-rises. The building's mechanical capacity was inadequate to house a full-scale restaurant, which presented a logistically challenging, management and schedule intensive project. With exotic materials throughout and "Old World" craftsmanship, Pinkard built a truly unique restaurant in Downtown Denver.
