DLB Properties is a single story retail building with a full underground basement. The exterior skin consists of brick veneer, stucco, metal soffit panels, tiled mansard roof and commercial storefront. The building has a structural steel frame with metal stud framing on cast-in-place concrete basement walls and drilled piers. The project was provided with a two-pump storm water ejection system and a two-pump sanitary sewer ejection system.
