The Independence Business Center is a four-building complex located on a seven acre site. The buildings are designed to accommodate office, showroom, warehouse, and quasi-retail users. Building B and Building C are high finish office/showroom facilities. Building A and Building D are low to medium finish, with higher clearance and larger units with dock high and grade level loading. Extensive site development required installation of two wet well lift stations, one for the sanitary sewer and one for the storm sewer.
