The MainStreet at Flatiron project is three individual 10,000 square foot structures designed to accommodate multiple retail tenants. The buildings are metal stud framed structures with EIFS, stone veneer and storefront exteriors. As an extension to the Flatiron Crossing Shopping Center, Buildings 5 and 36 were designed to incorporate many of the distinctive architectural elements of the area including extensive sandstone rock retaining walls and architectural building steel.
